Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Clinic Appointment

• Over 24 Hours before appointment time – 10% Fee (90% Refund)
• Between 24-12 Hours of appointment – 20% Fee (80% Refund)
• Under 12 Hours of appointment – 30% Fee (70% Refund)
• Under 4 Hours of appointment – 50% Fee (50% Refund)
• Failure to attend or notify of cancellation – No Refund
  

If the Mother or Baby become unwell and are therefore unable to attend, the cost of the appointment can be moved to a later date. However, depending on notice period, there will be a minimum fee of 10%.

Please ensure you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation to allow other parents to take up your appointment slot. Failure to attend without notification will incur the full fee charge.

Feeding together reserve the right to cancel any appointments, in case of emergency circumstances. In the unlikely event that this should occur, an alternative appointment will always be made as soon as possible and at your convenience. If the alternative date is not suitable, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
